Montana Mindhub exists because finding behavioral health care in Montana is genuinely difficult. Providers open and close, waitlists change, tribal and rural options are scattered across dozens of agencies, and no single place lists them all in plain language.

- Adult behavioral health — community mental health centers, private therapy and psychiatry practices, FQHCs, IHS/tribal behavioral health, and statewide telehealth options.
- Youth behavioral health — the full continuum for children and adolescents: crisis, inpatient, PRTF/residential, outpatient, and school-based supports.
